The second quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends among the top 5 crime games in the United States. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Thief Puzzle: to pass a level from TapNation had a varied download trend, starting with approximately 144K weekly downloads at the end of March and experiencing a dip to around 102K in mid-May before rising back to 112K by the end of June. The game had a consistent number of weekly active users, beginning with around 351K and ending at roughly 288K.

Airport Security: Fly Safe by Kwalee Ltd showed a fluctuating download pattern, peaking at about 148K in late April and dropping to around 81K by the end of June. Its weekly revenue saw a decline from $2.4K at the end of March to approximately $1.1K in late June. The weekly active users followed a similar downward trend, starting at 181K and finishing at about 122K.

Traffic Cop 3D, also from Kwalee Ltd, experienced a spike in downloads, reaching around 102K in late May before settling at 56K by the end of June. Revenue started at $4.4K and declined to about $1.6K over the quarter. The number of active users saw significant fluctuations, peaking at roughly 155K in late May and ending at around 97K.

Lion Studios’ Mr Bullet - Shooting Game maintained a steady download rate, starting at 38K and increasing to around 58K by the end of June. Revenue remained relatively stable, fluctuating around $700 throughout the quarter. The game’s active users grew from 101K to approximately 147K by the end of the period.

Johnny Trigger from SayGames LTD showed a consistent download pattern, starting at 43K and rising to about 46K by the end of June. Revenue showed a declining trend from $11.2K to around $7.8K. The active user base started at 245K and increased to about 237K by the end of the quarter.
